About the Summit
AI is reshaping higher ed fast, and the people leading that work deserve a room full of peers who get it. This summit brings together AI leaders from across higher ed, whatever their title says, whether that’s a CIO, an Instructional Technologist, a Provost, or the person who’s quietly become their institution’s go-to on AI.
For a few days, you’re in a room built for real conversation: what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d do differently. You’ll also work alongside peers to build out concrete ideas and frameworks you can bring back and start using immediately. You’ll leave with sharper thinking, a network of people to call when you hit a wall, and a plan you can act on Monday morning.
The work is happening everywhere right now. This summit is a chance to do it together.
Why Attend?
Because every AI decision you make (policy, pilot, faculty pushback, budget ask) is easier with people who’ve already been through it.
Because “figuring it out as we go” is a lot less painful when you’re doing it alongside others instead of behind a closed office door.
Because the conversations happening informally in webinars or in Slack threads deserve real time and space.
Because you’ll leave with more than notes. You’ll leave with people, ideas, and a plan.
Participant Outcomes
By the end of the summit, you’ll walk away with:
A working network of peers across institutions, roles, and titles who are tackling the same problems you are
A better understanding of where AI in higher ed is headed, shaped by conversations with people doing the work right now
At least one thing you can implement right away, whether that’s a policy approach, a workshop format, a tool evaluation, or a way to talk about AI with a skeptical colleague
A sense of what’s actually working elsewhere (and what’s quietly failing), so you’re not reinventing something someone down the road already solved
