About The AI Policy Lab
Ohio's House Bill 96 requires every K-12 district to adopt an AI policy by July 1, 2026. To support this important work, Denison University invites district superintendents, administrators, and instructional coaches to join a collaborative, hands-on workshop exploring how artificial intelligence is shaping teaching, learning, and policy across education. Participants will not only develop practical AI policies but also build valuable connections between K-12 and higher education institutions, creating essential bridges of understanding in this rapidly evolving AI landscape. Through shared expertise and collaborative problem-solving, we'll navigate the challenges and opportunities of AI implementation together across educational levels.
