Session: “Reimagining The Tech Startup Landscapes: The AI Revolution and Lessons Learned”
J.B. is recognized as a leader in early-stage investing, corporate development and entrepreneurship. His background spans across investing, consumer product development, business operations and strategic leadership in early-stage companies. Prior to becoming the Managing Director for Cintrifuse Capital, JB was the President of Dinovite.com, a pet supplement business what was sold to Private Equity in 2021. Before that, JB headed up Corporate Development for The Gorilla Glue Company, was at The E.W. Scripps Co. as VP, Digital Strategy and Business Development and also spent time at Twitter, focused on developing social media marketing frameworks for Procter & Gamble’s portfolio of global brands. Before that, J.B. was one of the founding members of Vitrue, a social media management platform that was acquired by Oracle. He is one of the founders of The Brandery, a top-ranked Cincinnati accelerator that has helped launch successful startups including Ahalogy, Gainful, Roadtrippers, Martin.ai, Tame the Beast, OROS, Goodwipes and many others. He is an entrepreneur himself, having founded George Remus Whiskey, Faraday West Indies Rum, Heladerm, Dr. Joseph’s VetPro Complete, Just Better Tea, SmartyTags and GoBig Recruiting. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Main St. Ventures, which is a non-profit with a mission focused on supporting emerging businesses that show potential to create jobs and other opportunities in the Cincinnati community.
