Liz Pryor brings entrepreneurship into every facet of her work, along with a demonstrated background in executive leadership spanning various sectors. Earlier in her career, she honed her expertise in management, coaching, and business administration at the director level within an independent school and for a regional nonprofit. More recently, Liz was the founder and CEO of the CPG startup, Chill Pop. She was responsible for the ideation, execution, and scaling of the frozen novelty company from a local mobile business to a nationally distributed brand in stores such as Whole Foods Market and Target. The product was highlighted in publications such as Oprah’s O Magazine, Parents, and Inc. Magazine.
Liz led and directed the company in all facets of business and brand development from strategic planning and forecasting, product formulation and GTM launch, pipeline and channel expansion, to fundraising and investor relations. Liz now utilizes this range of experience to support clients in startup strategy across all stages, and assists with impact planning and implementation, through her own consulting firm, Catalizt. Liz prides herself on being an innovative strategist with a solid command for forward planning and resource development. Having navigated the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, exhibiting grit and grace through all cycles of business and execution, she brings both intelligence and empathy in her approach to helping others devise creative, actionable solutions to tackle problems and further progress in these endeavors.
